Family and Love: The Essence of Christmas

     There is no one true essence of Christmas, rather there are many. But I will only talk about two since it has a big impact on me this Christmas. Christmas is the time where we forget all of our problems and celebrate, spread love and give.

     Christmas is about bringing FAMILIES closer together. That's why the essence of Christmas is about family, it brings you close to one another. This time of the year, we celebrate, give and receive love and presents. This is the time where we forget everything and just be happy.

     Love, because we celebrate the birth of Jesus, our saviour. Because of his love for us, he gave his life to save us and that love has spread through out the world. Love is one of the most important teachings of his that's why we should love one another because we all are family.

     For me, my Christmas is very happy because our family will be whole again. Family and Love is the true essence of Christmas because these are the two things that can save us from anything. Because of love, He sacrificed Himself for us, because we are His family. If your life goes south, when you have no one to cry on, family will always be there for you.
